Isabel has experience in real estate and corporate law, focusing her professional practice on legal audits of all types of properties for acquisitions and financings. Additionally, she has actively participated in the preparation of industrial lease agreements (including single and multi-tenant, speculative, and built-to-suit leases), as well as in the structuring and formalization of trusts, multiple real estate portfolio purchase and sale transactions, and the structuring of credits for the financing of real estate projects.
