Maria Jose has specialized in the negotiation and execution of leases for industrial assets, including single tenant, multi-tenant, spec, built-to-suit and sale and leaseback. She has also participated in due diligence review for all types of assets in real estate acquisitions and financings, as well as in the preparation of documents and agreements related to such transactions.

An important part of her practice also consists in national and international corporate transactions, with specific expertise in general corporate law. Maria Jose has provided advice to local and foreign clients in connection with their investments in Mexico, drafting and negotiation of the relevant contracts for their operations, due diligence for all types of assets, e-signature regulation in Mexico and its implementation, as well as the management of their corporate books and daily maintenance of their legal entities in Mexico.
